Hey there— I’m Coach Brian and I want to get you to the next level. With over a decade of experience on the roads, I've seen it all – the highs, the lows, and everything in between. My mission is to simplify your training, leaving you focusing on enjoying the process. From tailored training plans to empowering mindset coaching, I craft a personalized journey for each athlete, so you can get to the start line feeling confident.

I work with runners of all experiences and goals, whether it's smashing a marathon PR or seamlessly integrating running into your daily routine. My coaching philosophy is holistic, utilizing running not just as a sport, but as a tool to enhance your overall quality of life. Let’s get to work!

  • Consultation

    45 minute call where I evaluate your goals and experience as a runner, and ensure that we are a good fit to work together. This is a crucial step in the process where I learn about who you are as an athlete, from injury history to what makes you tick, so I can design and optimize a plan for you. This can also serve as a “check-in” call, where I answer any of your burning running-related questions and put your training in the right direction.

  • 1:1 Coaching

    Month-to-month personalized coaching where I virtually guide you through everything you need to become the best runner you can be. This includes a custom training plan on Final Surge optimized weekly based on your progress and guidance with everything from mindset, to nutrition, to strength training, to race day prep. Unlimited communication via email. Purchase of a consultation is required for all new athletes.

  • In-Person Sessions

    If you're seeking instant feedback on aspects like form, speed work, and mindset, or just looking to get to know your coach even better, in-person sessions are a fantastic option. Whether it's fast intervals or a relaxed run, these sessions are customized to meet your specific needs so you can become an even more confident runner. Based on availability. One hour minimum, including travel.

Coach Brian Boisvert is an NYC based, RRCA Level 2 certified run coach who helps athletes of all levels achieve their potential. He has run fifteen marathons (PR 2:44:01) and one 50-mile ultra-marathon, and competed as a collegiate Olympic-distance triathlete. Whether it’s running your first 5K or chasing a marathon PR, Coach Brian takes a holistic approach to training that takes into account his athlete’s lifestyle and goals, and focuses on keeping his athletes happy and healthy.
