1. The Free Discovery Call

This is where it all begins. When you schedule your no-pressure, 30-minute video call, we’ll ask you to fill out a brief questionnaire beforehand. This lets us get to know your running background and goals so we can make our conversation as productive as possible. It’s a chance for us to connect, for you to ask me anything, and to make sure we’re a perfect fit. Book your call here.

2. Your Personalized Strategy

This is for the athlete ready to take their training and personal growth to the next level. We’ll build an on-going custom, sustainable training plan that fits your life, not the other way around.

This isn’t just about faster times; it's about building a confident, resilient mindset and a deep connection to your running journey. You’ll get a custom monthly plan, unlimited support, and the expert guidance you need to train the "right" way.

FAQs

Once we decide to work together, you'll receive an invitation to join TrainingPeaks. From there, all your workouts will be uploaded, so you'll never have any questions about what you need to accomplish. Once a workout is completed on your device, it will automatically upload to the platform. Coach Brian will then analyze all your data and provide feedback periodically.


Apps and plans give you workouts; Great Day gives you expertise. One-on-one coaching draws on several science-backed methodologies, tailored to your personal needs. With Great Day, we'll amplify your strengths, train your weaknesses, and provide the human support to ensure you love the process. That's something cookie-cutter plans and apps simply can't do.

Like all good ideas, the name "Great Day" came to me on a run. I was training for the NYC Marathon and was visualizing the perfect race day. I imagined lining up at the start feeling confident and hearing the announcer over the loud speaker say, "it's a great day for runners out there!" That's what I wanted for my athletes-- the feeling that their own personal greatness can be found on any given run along with the optimism to go after it.
